Make Sushi the New Black

Sushi!!!

When I started my diet, I automatically assumed that eating out was a no no now, and that I'd have to miss out of resturants. . .

Until I googled and found that sushi is extrememly LOW CAL. Estimates for california rolls (non tempara) are 280 cals for 10 pieces!

So go have some sushi!
